This historic plantation house stands in large tropical grounds on a white sand beach on the north side of the island. Visitors stay in cottages-under the palm trees, each surrounded by almost a quarter-acre of land. There is an oceanfront freshwater swimming pool, a hot tub, a spa (massages, body treatments, facials), and a tennis court (racquets and balls can be supplied). There are kayaks and snorkel gear to explore the coral reefs, and you might spot wild boars or vervet monkeys. Vespa scooters are available, and there are hammocks along the beach. Children are welcomed, and baby-sitters can be arranged. Weddings are held.
