Easily accessible from the A7 Autoroute du Soleil, and just 24 kilometres from Montélimar (which has a TGV station), the Delaitre family's 'exquisite' ivy-covered, ochre-walled auberge is in a Rhône valley village perché known for its glazed pottery. Inside are tiled floors, wrought iron, and dried flowers. Each room is different: 'Ours, small but charming, had Provençal fabrics, nice linens, geraniums in the window.' Another reader says, 'It was the favourite hotel of our trip, also the least expensive.'
