Studio Kairos is a small, family-run boutique hotel set just 15 minutes' walk or four tram stops from the main city square. It is owned and run by Danijela Cavlovic and her husband Boris, who pride themselves on their personal approach and the hotel's family atmosphere. With just four individually-decorated rooms, each on their own floor, the hotel is unconventional yet homely and comfortable. The rooms all have themes which represent the best of Zagreb's vibrant culture, such as craftsmanship, music and literature, and feature modern, light wood furnishings with strong colour accents such as orange and turquoise. Breakfast is included in the rate, and lunch and dinner can be arranged through the next-door restaurant. Bike rental and laundry services are also on offer.
