Readers’ reports are the lifeblood of the Good Hotel Guide, which is best described as word of mouth in print. They are vital to the Guide’s reputation for accuracy and reliability.  We welcome reports on hotels that are in the Guide or have been omitted, and are particularly glad to hear of new discoveries. Please write to us while your visit is fresh in your mind.  You can contact us via the GHG website, by email, or by post – we include a report form in the print edition but it is not essential that you use this.

We only gather information we need to serve you better and will not,  without your consent, share this information except in cases where the law requires us to do so. The type of information we collect about you includes your name, postal address, phone name and email address. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by requesting it from us.
