This is overlooked by the lounge/breakfast room and some bedrooms: they are spacious, and have antiques and air conditioning. 'Ours was big enough to hold a party,' says the nominator. 'It had a large foyer with desk, ample bathroom with dressing table. Lighting was good. It faced a quiet alley. 'The ambience is more homey than sophisticated. Reception staff were pleasant, and helpful with restaurant reservations.' There's no lift.
