Good Hotel Guide Review
By turns style-conscious and spellbinding, this modern Pimlico hotel holds surprises for wizards and Muggles alike. Spread between the main, Grade II listed building and two town houses nearby, bright, contemporary accommodation ranges from small single rooms to spacious family apartments. Harry Potter fans of all ages might choose wizard-themed basement ‘chambers’ in the main house: accessed via a hidden door in a bookcase, they reveal (faux) stained-glass windows, velvet drapes, trunks and tapestries. A café/bar serves breakfast, drinks, snacks and an enchanting afternoon tea. Potion-mixing is an option. Stairs are steep; cheerful staff help with luggage. (Underground: Victoria, Pimlico)
