Good Hotel Guide Review
‘Near Piazza Navona and within walking distance of all the sights (we didn’t use a taxi the whole time we were in Rome), this centrally located hotel is on a quiet little street and I could sleep at night with my window open,’ writes a visitor. ‘Our room was not fancy, but had good water pressure in the shower, comfortable bed, and the continental breakfast had the best selection we have seen.’ There are four family rooms, which have a double and smaller room with shared shower. The upper rooms have great views of the rooftops of Rome. Once the residence of cardinals and bishops, it is ‘not a place of glamour or for luxury-loving guests’ but a ‘good-value friendly B&B with an old-time, local feeling’. Staff are praised for their attention to detail and helpfulness.
