Good Hotel Guide Review
‘A bargain in a delightful location’: this pretty house is not far from the upmarket Residencia. It offers similar views at half the price. The manager, Lucian Rogojina, ‘works hard to make guests feel at home’, says a Guide reader on her fifth visit. ‘Peace and quiet is the hallmark: no lively night life.’ The rooms, with ochre walls, terracotta tiles and green shutters, were renovated in 2015, and there are now an additional six self-catering apartments on the property. Two rooms have a terrace looking over the pool; so does the penthouse; front rooms look towards the distant sea. Breakfast, a buffet (churros, ham, eggs, fruit, etc), is on a terrace with views to mountains. There’s a swimming pool and small honesty bar. Lots of good restaurants are nearby. Robert Graves, who lived in Deia, mentioned the building in a short story; he is buried at the church nearby.
