Good Hotel Guide Review
High above the 14th-century fishing village, Andrea and Simon Copper’s sleekly designed, child-free retreat offers a stunning seascape, which stretches across Mevagissey Bay to historic Chapel Point and beyond. Clean-cut, modern bedrooms, all with wide, floor-to-ceiling windows, bring the outside in. One has a private patio with seating; another, a Juliet balcony. Light lunches, Cornish cream teas and the host’s award-winning breakfasts (home-made granola and soda bread; a choice of seven cooked dishes) are served in the open-plan breakfast room/lounge; in fine weather, sit on the front terrace and bask in 180-degree sea views. Picnics can be ordered to take out on the South West Coast Path, steps away.
